This carrot, kumara and apple puree is quick and easy to make. If you have already introduced apple to your baby’s diet, adding carrot and kumara is a great way to introduce new vegetables.
1 medium size kumara
2 apples cored and quartered
Cut carrots and kumara into chunks, place on baking tray and bake at 180 degrees Celsius for 20-25 minutes.
Puree in food processor until smooth (may need to add water for a better consistency).
Pour in your Kai Carrier pouches once cooled.
