This cauliflower and apple puree is great to freeze for those nights you need something quick for baby or are needing to feed on the go.
1 apple, peeled, cored and sliced
½ small head of cauliflower, divided into florets
½-¾ cup chicken stock
Place apple and cauliflower in saucepan and pour in the stock and bring to the boil. Simmer until the apple and cauliflower are tender, drain (reserving the stock).
Add the apple and cauliflower to blender or food processor and puree until smooth, adding the stock.
Fill Kai Carrier, serve or freeze for later.
