Four Fruit Compote

Four fruit compote is a wonderful refreshing smoothie for summer. Can also be frozen and made into ice blocks. 

Ingredients:

2 plums

2 apricots

1 apple

1 pear

½ cup water

Method:

Peel, core and dice the apple and pear. Remove stones from plums and apricots.

Put all the fruit in saucepan with water and bring to boil, then simmer for 10-20 min (until fruit is soft) Drain excess water and allow to cool.

Blend all ingredients together then fill your Kai Carrier pouch.
