Healthy Homemade Ice Blocks

You can mix and match your ingredients to what you have in the fridge.

I like including strawberries as these are one of the most nutrient dense (and lowest fructose) fruits available!

Ingredients:

1 carrot

6 small florets of broccoli, chopped

1 orange (peeled and cut into quarters)

½ dozen strawberries (stalk removed)

Directions:

Steam the carrots and broccoli.

Place all ingredients in the blender and blend until smooth. Add some water for a more diluted ice block.

Pour into Kai Carrier Ice Block Pouches and pop in the freezer!

These will freeze in a few hours or overnight
