Pregnancy Smoothie

This pregnancy smoothie is not only full of so many important nutrients you need, but it is amazingly delicious!  This is definitely a recipe you will want to keep handy because you will want to make it everyday of your pregnancy!


1 cup orange juice

½ cup plain Greek yogurt

2 tbsp. chia seeds

1 ½ cups frozen mango

2 cups fresh spinach


Blend in a high-powered blender until smooth. Fill your Kai Carrier.

Makes 2 servings.
