Our Spring Fruit Combo smoothie is best enjoyed fresh and is the perfect morning or afternoon treats for the kids. Adults love it too!
4 medium ripe strawberries (stalk removed and cut in half)
½ pear (lightly stewed/steamed)
½ apple (lightly stewed/steamed)
Squeeze of lemon (to stop the it browning from banana)
Put all ingredients into a blender and combine until smooth.
Fill your Kai Carrier and enjoy!
Best eaten on the day.
