Strawberry Banana Ice Block

Nothing beats the heat like a homemade strawberry banana ice block that is free of preservatives. Your kids – the big kids too – will love them just as much as a store brought ice block!

Ingredients

2 cups strawberry yoghurt

1 mashed banana

1 tablespoon honey

Method:

Put all ingredients in a blender and combine until smooth

Pour the mixture into your Kai Carrier Ice Block Pouches and pop in the freezer for 6-8 hours!

Take care not to overfill them.

Note:

Put bananas into freezer when they get over ripe for use in ice blocks and smoothies.
