All Natural Ice Blocks with Kai Carrier
Banana Ice Blocks
- 1 cup milk of choice
- ¾ cup mashed banana
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 1 tablespoon honey (optional)
Strawberry Banana Ice Blocks
- 2 cups strawberry yoghurt
- 1 mashed banana
- 1 tablespoon honey
Watermelon & Mint Ice Blocks
This watermelon ice block recipe is perfect for summer and picnics providing a guilt-free treat for kids and adults alike to enjoy. Watermelon is a nutrient dense food, a food that provides a high amount of vitamins, minerals and antioxidants for a low amount of calories.
- ½ large watermelon cut into chunks
- 2 tablespoon lime juice
- 6 mint leaves
Pineapple Splice Ice Blocks
- 150 ml pineapple juice or crushed pineapple
- 400 ml coconut cream
- Juice of 1 large or 2 small limes
Mango Ice Blocks
- Flesh of 3 mangoes
- 2 tablespoon lime or lemon juice
- Honey to taste (optional)
Yoghurt Ice Blocks
These yoghurt ice blocks are fruity and creamy at the same time and you flavour them with your baby’s favourite fruit to make sure they eat them! They are great for teething babies and are preservative free with no added sugar.
- 1 cup natural yoghurt
- ½ cup fruit puree
Strawberry Ice Blocks
- 250 g strawberries
- 100 ml natural yoghurt, or apple or orange juice
- 1 tsp. honey
Method:
- Put all ingredients in a blender and combine until smooth
- Pour into Kai Carrier Ice Block Pouches - Be careful not to over-fill
- Pop in the freezer for 6-8 hours and enjoy!
