Shipping policy

We ship worldwide. Prices vary depending on location and will be quoted at checkout.

NZ Urban Delivery: $8.00 per shipment

NZ Rural Delivery:  $11.50 per shipment  

If you live at a rural delivery address, please select the rural delivery option at the Checkout for your parcel to be delivered. Unfortunately, we must charge an additonal fee of $3.50 to your shipping, as your Rural Delivery operators are subcontracted to deliver your parcel from the nearest Post Office. This fee is then on-charged to Kai Carrier.

Shipping time frames:

New Zealand urban – 1-3 business days           
New Zealand rural – 3-5 business days             
Australia – 3-7 business days
Rest of world – 5-10 business days

For large or wholesale orders please email us info@kaicarrier.co.nz for a quote. 

We send orders out on Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays by courier or NZ post. You are liable for all postage charges. We hold no responsibility for orders lost during transit, however we will do our utmost to track down any orders that may go astray(very rarely).

Please note : we do not deliver to a PO Box.
