Sunday Roast for Babies

Now your little one can enjoy the family Sunday Roast too with our easy to follow baby food recipe. 

Ingredients:

  • 1-2 slices taken from the family roast – chicken, beef or lamb
  • (Make sure to remove the crusty outer pieces and all meat is well cooked)
  • ½ cup of roast veggies – kumara, parsnip, pumpkin, potato
  • Gravy/water to get the right consistency

Method:

Place meat and vegges into the food processor and blend until smooth. Add small amounts of the gravy or water to get the consistency right (you want it to be a smooth puree).

Fill your Kai Carriers and enjoy.
